Diamonds are individually certified by standard international laboratories (IGI coordinates), including detail clarity breakups (VVS1/VS2) and color bands (D-F range) explicitly reported on invoice copies.
2. Custom Design & Consignments
Customized jewelry briefs and bespoke CAD renderings are subject to separate approval coordinates:
- A minimum deposit of 30% of the estimated gold weight value is required before starting metal work.
- Bespoke designs cannot be fully refunded or exchanged once manufacturing has commenced.
- Slight structural variations may occur due to the handcrafted nature of our pieces.
3. Savings Schemes & Purchase Plans
Participation in our purchase schemes (Ratna Plus, Lakshmi Plus, Nidhi, Smart Silver) is governed by specific rules:
- Installments must be paid consistently each month.
- Rate protection locking applies strictly to the day of monthly deposit coordinates.
- Scheme bonus contribution values are disbursed only upon full 11-month completion.
- Old gold exchanges under Nidhi are evaluated based on professional melting assays.
4. Secured Shipping & Delivery
Orders dispatched through our Direct Concierge checkout are fully insured. Customers must present matching identity coordinates (PAN Card / Aadhaar details) at the time of delivery to verify safe handover.

These terms are governed by the laws of India and Karnataka. Any legal proceedings related to store services fall exclusively under the jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru or Karwar, corresponding to the purchasing branch coordinates.
